Daughters of Virtue (DOV) will unite thousands in prayer on October 2 for its annual Mega 9 gathering.
Thousands of worshippers from diverse backgrounds are expected to attend the interdenominational event to be held at Glamis Arena in Harare.
DOV visionary Prophetess Memory Matimbire said Mega 9 has grown from Mega 1 in 2018 to become a major fixture on the Christian calendar.
“Last year the gathering attracted over 40,000 people and was declared one of the annual events on most Christian calendars for those who love to pray,” she said.
“It has become an international event, bringing together people from different nations.”
This year’s edition will feature top gospel musicians including Mercy Chinwo, Takesure Zamar, Mathias Mhere and Joyful Praise, Celebration Choir and Virtuous Praise Choir promising an uplifting worship experience alongside prayers.
Matimbire said the Mega journey is a culmination of devotion and faith.
“This year’s Mega 9 is not just a gathering, it is a declaration of faith, resilience and power,” she said.
