According to Zimbabwe National Water Authority (ZINWA) the average capacity of national dams is now at 80, 3 percent following the currents rains being experienced in the country.
Said ZINWA:

“The national dam level average is now 80. 3%. Significant inflows continue to be recorded in dams in Masvingo Province where Tugwi-Mukosi, Zimbabwe’s largest inland lake is now 96% full.
The dam is expected to fill up and start spilling in the next few days should the current rate of inflows continue. Communities downstream of the lake should therefore be on very high alert and desist from attempting to cross flooded rivers.”
