Harare— NetOne Cellular (Private) Limited Group Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Raphael Mushanawani, has been inducted into the 2026 National Business Hall of Fame for his outstanding leadership and contribution to Zimbabwe’s telecommunications sector.
The Board, Management and Staff of NetOne extended heartfelt congratulations to Eng. Mushanawani in a public notice, saying the prestigious honour recognizes his visionary excellence and remarkable contribution to business and digital transformation in Zimbabwe.
“Your dedication to innovation, transformation, and inclusive digital growth continues to set a benchmark for excellence and inspire progress across industries,” NetOne said.
The company said the induction is a testament to Mushanawani’s exemplary leadership, strategic vision and unwavering commitment to innovation and digital transformation.
Under his stewardship, NetOne has advanced national digital inclusion by expanding connectivity, empowering communities, and bridging the digital divide across Zimbabwe.
“Your leadership continues to position NetOne as a key driver of technological advancement and national development, in line with Zimbabwe’s Vision 2030 and the National Development Strategy,” the statement read.
NetOne added that the honour reflects not only Mushanawani’s personal excellence, but also the collective progress and impact of the NetOne brand under his guidance.
The 2026 National Business Hall of Fame induction recognises business leaders who have made significant contributions to national economic growth and sector transformation.
