God spreads evenly but sometimes opportunity is concentrated. What His Excellency President ED Mnangagwa has done is, he has sought to spread out the opportunities that are available to the country throughout to allow equal access to all young people.

The above is one notable quote from Deputy Minister of Finance and Investment Promotion, David Kudakwashe Mnangagwa, a humble but effective politician who has not only made history for himself but inspired patriotism, hard-work, discipline not only in the Midlands youths but the country as a whole.

As Zimbabwe commemorated its 46th Independence celebrations this Saturday, Kuda as his peers prefer to call him was among young luminaries who remembered the sacrifices made by national liberation icons such as the late Father Zimbabwe, Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo, former President Robert Gabriel Mugabe, Leopold Takawira, Jason Ziyaphapha Moyo, Edgar Tekere, Mama Mafuyana, Sally Mugabe and living heroes including his own father current President Cde Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, Vice President Constantine Guvheya Chiwenga, Vice President Kembo Mohadi, Chris Mutsvangwa to mention some.

But the generation as represented by KK (Kuda Mnangagwa) is not a cheap generation. It is generation fighting all vices threatening future leadership, from drug and substance abuse, indiscipline, disrespect and lack of conscious patriotism. It is a new generation among other inspiritionals like Sir Wicknell Chivhayo and his big arm generosity, Scott Sakupanywa, in Midlands, Eyes for President director Crispen Mahara, Big Tich,Zezai Makomo, Tsitsi Muzenda, Brown Ndlovu, Omega Sibanda, among others.

The young Mnangagwa (Kuda) as Finance Minister Deputy Minister has championed policies that have advanced youth empowerment and economic development.

As the MP for the Midlands Youths Quota Seat Kuda has summed Vision 2030 as: “Vision 2030 must identify with everyone.”
