The Mega 8 All Night Prayer Extravaganza held at Glamis Arena last Friday was a huge success with over 40 000 congregates showed up.
The event was hosted by Daughters of Virtue an interdenominational Prayer group which is an affiliate of Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe (EPZ).
In a statement , Daughters of Virtue said:
“Friday night was a special day for Daughters of Virtue as they hosted Mega 8 All Night at the Glamis Arena at Harare Showgrounds. The atmosphere was electric.People started coming in as early as 10 am and by the time it was 8 pm, the arena couldn’t breathe as 40 000 attendees attended to this prayer gathering.
People came from as far as the United Kingdom for this major meeting. It was Mozambique in the house, South Africa, Botswana, Malawi…in total we actually had 12 nations represented and Dauthers of Virtue is in 26 nations and of those, 12 nations attended.
“We really in awe of what God did at the All Night Prayer gathering. We saw people ministered to, we saw praise and worship by Dorcas Moyo and Takesure Zamah taking up into worship.Prayer commanders, Prophetess Chikuhwa, Prophet Bruce, Apostle Toga led people to pray like they they have never prayed before. It was just an awesome night.
The ministers from Nigeria, Minister GUC and Minister Ebuka did justice by ministering to the crowds in worship. You would see some people crying, some in deep worship, some lost in the presence of the Lord as the ministration took place. What a night and what an experience..and then came the word from Bishop Isaac Oyedepo, followed by Apostle Orokpo who led deliverance. We witnessed people getting healed from chronic diseases, people getting delivered.Mega 8 is gone but memories and experiences are still on.”
