HARARE — The Women’s University in Africa has started receiving applications for the August 2026 intake. The university is enrolling students at its campuses in Harare, Bulawayo, Kadoma, Marondera and Mutare.

The university was set up to address gender disparity and promote equity in university education. Officials say having campuses in different cities allows more students to access degree programmes without having to move far from home.

In Bulawayo, the campus is at 5/6 Bradford Street, Belmont. Students can call 09-63649 for information.

In Kadoma, the campus is at Sarudzai Complex, Mupamombe Road, Rimuka Township. The contact numbers are 073 408549 and 08688002924.

The Marondera Campus is at WUA Academic Complex, 1816 Pine Street. The university listed several contact numbers for Marondera: +263 792 930314, +263 774 889138, 08688002924, 06523 20141 and 06523 21042. The campus has been running programmes linked to agriculture and community projects.

In Mutare, the campus is at Stand 1052, No. 123 Upper Third Street, Corner Seventh Avenue. The contact number is 06688007702.

Prospective students can also apply online at http://www.wua.ac.zw. The university says both women and men can apply for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Officials are encouraging applicants to apply early ahead of the August 2026 intake. More details on courses, entry requirements and fees are available on the university website and at all five campuses.
