Warriors coach Ramón Catalá has named his provisional squad for Zimbabwe’s back-to-back 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers against Equatorial Guinea in November.
Jonah Fabisch, Knowledge Musona and Jordan Zemura have returned to the squad after missing the previous international window through injuries, providing a boost to Zimbabwe ahead of the crucial encounters.
Corbin Mthunzi has been drafted into the senior team as a replacement for the injured Munashe Garananga, while ZPC Kariba goalkeeper Future Sibanda has replaced Elvis Chipezeze.
Equatorial Guinea will host the first leg at a neutral venue in Cameroon on November 12 before Zimbabwe welcome their opponents for the return fixture four days later.
The first match will be played at Stade Ahmadou Ahidjo in Yaoundé, Cameroon, with kick-off scheduled for 6pm.
The return leg is set for November 16 at the National Sports Stadium in Harare, with kick-off at 3pm.
