Incumbent Ivorian President Alassane Ouattara, 83, has won the country’s presidential election with 89,77℅ of the votes, according to the Independent Electoral Commission (CEI). The result was announced by Ibrahime Kuibiert-Coulibaly, the CEI president.‎‎

The candidate of the Rallye of Houphouetists for democracy and peace (RHDP) secured between 70% and 99% of the votes in most departments. The other candidates – Jean-Louis Billon, Simone Gbagbo, Ahoua Don Mello, and Henriette Lagou – none of them got 5℅ of the votes.
