Masvingo based preacher, Prophet Lovemore Chevure has labelled some section of society as ‘haters’ of businessman and legislator Scott Sakupwanya.
This follows massive opposition from some football fans during the last Premier Soccer League three games, the businessman’ s team, Scottland FC played at Rufaro Stadium.
“It quite unfortunate that in a society where we live, some people just hate somebody for a no apparent reason,” said Prophet Chevure of the Prophetic Grace International Church.
“Some people are just jealous because of Scott’ s business acumenship and success and go around peddling character assassination.I can not hate Scott because he never did anything wrong to me.To me, he is doing wonderful work in the community, through his philanthropic works.’
He added:
“I still stand by my prophecy that Scottland FC are going to be the champions of Zimbabwe football come the end of the season.”
