The case in which popular clergyman, Walter Magaya was seeking to stop ZIFA elections slated for 25 January, following his disqualification from the election race due to a pending court case and a conviction has been deferred to Friday by the High Court.
Magaya, through his lawyer Everson Chatambudza of Chatambudza and Rubaya Legal Practitioners, is seeking an interdict against the staging of the elections.
