Today’s woman interdenominational conference opened at the Glamis Arena in Harare on Friday 5 September, 2025 with hundreds of women from various denominations being educated and informed to groom their families and empowering themselves.
Some of the sessions which congregants were educated on include topics on digitalization, globalization and monetisation. Other topics include mental health, lessons learnt from today’s woman, salvation and character, Godly spiritual development setting up a growing social enterprise and a parenting Christian children delivered by Dr Larvene Simukai, Today’s Woman Conference Director on Saturday, 6 September, 2025.
Other issues focused on women empowerment and a session on financial literacy delivered by TN Bank, one of the conference’s corporate partners. Sessions on women’s health, rights and the law were also conducted.
Nigerian renowned gospel singer, Sinach also made a short performance and will on Saturday 5 September, 2025 make a sterling performance as the conference’ s curtains come down.
ZAOGA Church Archbishop Dr Eunor Guti, Guest of Honour at the conference said the conference has empowered, inspired and helped to deliver women from various churches across the country and from other countries. “We are one when we are here no matter where one is coming from, “she said. She said God has made them to work for the people and to change communities.
