The above is how Sitholokuhle Dube partly describes herself on her resume.
Sitholokuhle is first born to Gweru based leading business couple, Engineer Mncedisi Dube and Professor Ambassador Smelly Dube who are River Valley Group of Companies chairman and chief executive respectively.
According to her mother, Ambassador Dube, Sitholokuhle is coming on board full time as one of the company’s directors.
“Sitholo is one of our directors who is coming on board and taking the shape of River Valley to greater heights,”she said.
An entrepreneur herself, Sitholokuhle has won awards in her own right as a youth entrepreneur.
She has successfully run a chain of retail shops (Continental Plazas) as well as cosmetic outlets in Gweru.
Two years ago she was recognised as one of the 50 Pan Africa Changemakers of 2023 under the Youth and Community Impact Championship Development award by the Pan-African Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (Paledec).
Sitholokuhle was also awarded an entrepreneurial award together with 19 other youthful entrepreneurs drawn from across the African continent at the 8th Pan-African Humanitarian and Investment Summit held in Dakar, Senegal.
And true to her high motivation, Sitholokuhle has bagged both academic and peofessional achievements from international higher learning institutions. She is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cyprus International University and worked for her Master of Social Work at the Australian College of Applied Psychology.
The hard-working and goal getting entrepreneur has also worked in several roles in the social work field as support and youth worker, behavioural support practitioner among other placements in international organisations.
