Warriors coach, Michael Nees, sereptiously sneaked out of the country on Thursday headed for England, in a tour of UK, not organized by the FA, nor recommended by the technical and development committee, in a move organized and sponsored by Marshall Gore cartel, The Page can reveal.

The Zifa, who lately, reported every thing on their shallow socials, rich in graphics but poor in content, interestingly missed Nees’ nocturnal departure on a tour of duty.

Worse, the Zifa president, Nqobile Magwizi, who should know better, is scheduled to follow on April 20 to rubber stamp, the already targeted and on books Zimbos, playing in various leagues in the UK.

The Zifa technical committee chaired by Tafadzwa Benza, but stripped of all coaches including Sunday Chidzambwa and Benedict Moyo, who vigorously fought to have Nees become Warriors coach, when this cartel, that has now organized the trip, had wanted Winfried Schaefer, the wily old German, had no input nor knowledge of this important expedition.

There is a Masai proverb that says: “The neck, however long, can not become the head”, which speaks of roles.

And yet, we have a head that has elected to be the toes in this cartel operation of an Italian Job on the Warriors.

Let us get things clear here. Nees in eight games, has only beaten Namibia twice, lost to Cameroon, drawing the balance.

His success rate isn’t one to make anyone arrogant. And for that reason, we need to spread our net to incorporate more talented and made for national team players. That is clear.

But…..

We don’t need to do the right thing wrongly. Why do we need Nees to go and not watch players, but negotiate with players already chosen by known cartels?

Off course the FA didn’t pay for Nees expedition. They do not have money, so they say.

That is given, but why take the whole nation for fools to think that Nees is not captured(or being captured) and he is going to do a search and recruit exercise when he already has a list of 16 players to “assess”.

And the European season petering to a close, what will Nees watch of the players in two weeks?

He was employed by Zifa last July and if he knew we didn’t have a national team then, why did he not print out that request then and began this exercise?

Well, The Page can also reveal that Nees, will sneak into Germany to speak to George Mbwando, who was a shoe in assistant, had Schaefer been appointed coach, as was the plan, had this writer not exposed the deal.

Takesure Chiragwi is penciled for ouster as the cartels do not like his insistence for the inclusion of locals.

The man behind the deal then, Solomon Mudege, is still pulling strings in the background using Chemy Hunidzarira (dzanaiwa), Kudzi Chitima, Yvonne Manwa and Merry Bharu to muddy the waters and destroy trace.

While Benza, who ordinarily should be the head of matters like these, is in South Africa on business, with no knowledge of all this, Nees yesterday met a grouping of the cartels and five invited parents of some targeted players.

The parents, The Page, was told, raised concerns that the FA have not been open and that the exercise has created furore, suggesting it couldn’t be an acceptable practice.

In their words: “We expected to have gotten an invitation from the FA officials in Zim than phone calls from individuals we know here, who are not part of the FA.

“That would have emboldened us to think this otherwise good exercise, is being done in good spirit.

“As it stands it has holes,” one parent of a targeted midfielder said.

One of them, who was also invited to Malawi during that scandalous invitational tournament when Mapeza was coach, said, “I have come ostensibly to raise concern that as Zimbabwe, we are legging behind other nations because we are not organized as we allow crooks to take charge of an otherwise good exercise.

“I went to Malawi, after I was advised that come and watch your son play.

“And guess what, he didn’t play a single minute, and now you invite me again to meet a coach. Guys, get serious, about the national team.

“I have heard the new Zifa president is also coming and I would love to personally tell him in his face that there is a better way to do this exercise”.

It is interesting to note that everyone believe Zimbabwe has enough talent to improve our national team, but there are cartels who have interest in who becomes a coach of the U17, U20 and U23.

Why?

This same group works with Hunidzarira and Chitima to ensure coaches amenable to their shenanigans are appointed.

Meanwhile young Benza, given the position, is being sidelined. He is being bullied..and shame, he is a fine young man, heeled and schooled.

In fact the selection of coaches has been as opaque as they get and when Dr Sibindi, the coach educator raised the anomaly, he was put on the list of officials who must be sacked from Zifa.

He was recently overlooked for the induction, in a bid to create grounds for his sack.

Ironically, the FA is keeping those that must be sacked – Manwa, Chitima, Bharu, Simba Gochera and Hunidzarira, yet they’re people who work with these cartels to capture football.

If Magwizi was well informed by honest people, he should have cleared the deck off these people.

Yet, he has even extended the useless Manwa’s contract to December. To ensure she buries all our hopes and dreams.

But you can’t blame Magwizi, the beast is bigger than his bite. It requires the assembly to act and not watch as they have been.

Maybe we need a bit of Sweeney Mushonga and Martin Kweza plus a Gift Banda combo to fix the ruck… kkkkkkkk

What is sad about this scenario is that Magwizi, if not careful, will be consumed by this. He is being set up too deep in Siberia.

When the mission is unknown, abuse becomes inevitable.
